In order to meet our goal of providing new, fresh, and high quality entry-level talent to the industry, Colorado Creativity must be selective as to who we accept.  Also, since we invest a good amount of time and energy in our candidates, we can only afford to take those who, in our opinion, likely have good and immediate earning potential.  Please apply only if you are a girl who meets all the following qualifications.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 18 years old and not more than 24 (or clearly appear 24 or younger).   18 is the minimum age at which you are nationally employable.  We can, however, preliminarily get you started in Colorado if you're at least 17.

PERSONALITY TYPE

While we deal with all personality types we prefer and give priority to those that fit the proverbial "Girl Next Door" description in terms of appearance and personality.  This is where the highest industry demand is.

WEIGHT, HEIGHT and BODY FACTORS

You can't be overweight.   The old adage that "the camera puts 10 pounds on you" certainly applies here.  

You shouldn't be over 5 feet 11 inches tall.

You should have a generally clear complexion.  An occasional pimple is not a problem as it can be dealt with however serious acne is disqualifying.

Bust size doesn't matter but if you've given birth you must not have noticeable stretch marks.

Orthodontic braces on your teeth are acceptable as are eyeglasses.

A few well placed, tasteful, and non-controversial tattoos are fine but to much body art can be a problem.

Body Hair:  Girls should have socially normal shaved arms, legs, etc.  Bikini waxes are not necessary. 

APPEARANCE / LOOKS

Feel free to apply if you're generally considered by others to be average or better than average looking and are reasonably fit and well kept.  In other words, we're looking for those in the top 50% in the looks department. 

HEALTH

You must be in good health, and have no long-term medical condition that would appear on camera or adversely effect your ability to reasonably schedule and to perform at shoots.

You must honestly believe yourself to be free of all Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD's).  If you have reason to believe you may have an STD, get yourself tested before you apply.  If you're reasonably low-risk for STD's and show no such symptoms which worry you, don't worry about testing just yet.

If we accept your application, you must be willing to submit to industry standard medical testing for STD's before your portfolio is listed on TalentMatchers. 

DRUGS

You must not be a user of any illegal intravenous drug.  Users of illegal IV drugs are simply to high a medical risk to be employed by reputable businesses in this industry.  Also, you must not be a regular user of any drug for which you don't have a doctor's prescription.  Marijuana use is acceptable as it's legal in Colorado.

LOCATION

To be available for our initial meeting and shoot sessions you should reside in, or be willing to travel to, the metropolitan Denver/Boulder area of Colorado.  Once we have you listed on TalentMatchers it doesn't matter where you live.

PERSONALITY

You must be able to work well with others and able to take direction on the set.   Additionally, you must be dependable and punctual.  "No-Shows" along with those that are late for assignments and those who don't respond in a timely way to scheduling requests are unemployable in this business.

REQUIRED SEX

You must be willing and able to perform the various common forms of heterosexual sexual intercourse and oral sex and allow images of such activity to be captured in the form of photographs and video.    We'll talk about other forms of optional sexually explicit activity that you might have an interest in later but common intercourse and oral sex are the minimum you must be willing to engage in to make yourself employable.  Any level of sexual experience is acceptable.

MISCELLANEOUS

Should we accept your application, you must be willing to sign our standard Model Release and Agency Agreements.  They spell out in "legalize" the important things presented on this web site.  You'll have the opportunity to read and go over them before signing.  If you've thoroughly read this web site there will be no surprises.
